High-Volume Executive Sous Chef

Executive Sous Chef Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as an Executive Chef or an Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume upscale restaurant of 7 million or higher
- A hands-on culinary leader that sets the tone for thier team
- Strong business acumen with ability to recognize P&L opportunities
- Strong outgoing leader that creates an atmosphere where people feel valued
- A servant leader that works with his team and drives performance
- The ability to work within a structured environment and think independently
- Manage with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Build and develop strong professional relationships with the team and the guests
- Colaborate with leadership and the management team to grow sales, profitability and guest satisfaction
