What We Value in a Staff Accountant:

• 2+ years of finance experience (hospitality background a plus, but not required)
• Quickbooks expertise
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Maintain accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations
• Partner with the operations team with financial review and analysis
• Assist with the preparation of annual operating budgets
• Understanding of applicable laws and regulations
• General ledger and other accounting systems experience
• Ready to dive into tasks beyond the traditional job scope
• High emotional intelligence to handle pressure situations gracefully
• Reports directly to CFO
