Commercial Real Estate Agent Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a full funnel of client prospects that is maintained at all times
• Assess commercial properties, locations, and developments
• Advocate looking out for the healthcare provider’s best interest
• Identify key healthcare decision-makers
• Attend events
• Maintain a marketing budget

Commercial Real Estate Agent Requirements:

• At least 3 years of successful business expansion and customer relationship development
• Must have or secure a Real Estate License for the state you are working in
• Organized and able to multitask while working within time constraints
• Strong communication, computer, and people skills with the desire to win
• Financially able to support yourself during the business ramp-up period
