Restaurant Assistant Manager Requirements
- Prior experience in high-volume BOH restaurant operations
- Well-versed in local health, safety and sanitation standards
- High-energy and hands-on leadership style
- Experience in managing different revenue streams, to-go, catering, private events, etc
- A positive attitude and ability to think on your feet
- Possess the hospitality gene
