Recruiting Manager Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Strategic Business Units (SBUs) for organizational needs
• Strategize, manage and lead recruiting efforts for the coming year
• Handle budget responsibilities for the department
• Conduct interviews for applicants; especially senior-level roles
• Select and develop a recruiting staff
• Connect directly with internal and external stakeholders while recommending recruiting strategies and tactical approaches

Recruiting Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree
• 7+ years of industry-specific recruiting experience; at least 3+ years managing a team
• Experience recruiting for superintendents/engineers/formeans/and project leaders
• Experience with Taleo or other ATS platforms
• Must be clearance eligible
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
• Be in the office 3 days a week (2 days remote)
