Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities:

• Primary focus on enhancing Talent Acquisition processes
• Provide guidance on various HR issues and situations
• Lead effective HR programs related to compensations, rewards, recognitions, and incentive plans/strategies
• Develop and communicate HR priorities
• Collaborate closely with both Talent and Business teams to advance recruiting initiatives

Human Resources Business Partner Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with 7-10 years of experience/ Master's Degree with 5-7 years of experience
• Clearance Eligibility is a must
• Preferably, industry-specific experience (Construction, Industrial, Operations, etc.)
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
