Qualifications:

• Detailed knowledge and expertise in HR policy management
• Minimum 7 years of HR and people management, in the hospitality industry
• Minimum 2 years in a start-up environment
• Strong communication and verbal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a big-picture perspective
• Self-directed and proactive with a team-first mentality

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment-. Responsible for leading Recruitment, Onboarding and retaining all employees for all departments
• Payroll and Compliance- Build out SOP's and support employee relations
• Talent Development- Create and develop the development process, Reviews, Individual Development plans etc...
• Employee Engagement-identify and recommend solutions to ensure employees stay motivated
