Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:

• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral health conditions in an integrated model
• Coordinate care, medication management and discharge planning with IDT
• As SME, train field staff in individual needs, medications and treatment plans

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:

• Proficient use of EMR
• Skilled at program, policy and procedure development and training
• Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner cert/license and DEA active in the state of Wisconsin
• Three + years of experience with mental and chemical health needs
• Desire to serve the underserved and belief in recovery

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Compensation:

• Competitive salary based on experience, 120k- 160k
