Qualifications for the Catering Manager:

• Previous experience in the food service industry or a related field
• Catering sales experience a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for details

Responsibilities of the Catering Manager:

• Increase catering sales by organizing events, interacting with customers at the restaurants and conduct brand intros to local businesses and venues
• Ability to be hands-on with operations, roll your sleeves up and assist the team
• Maintain effective communication with the store teams to ensure all customer requests are fulfilled including food orders, event supplies, special items, and kitchen completion time
• Utilize the CRM Calendar and actively engage with customers during event planning or delivery
