Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for their Construction Division. This hybrid role will work with employees on all levels of the organization across all human resource functions. The most qualified applicants will have, at a minimum, a Bachelor's Degree, at least five years of experience in a similar role/industry, and solid tenure in previous roles.


Construction HR Business Partner Compensation and Benefits:

  • Excellent annual salary of $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 depending upon experience

Construction HR Business Partner Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources with additional HR credentialing preferred
  • At least five years of progressive experience with solid tenure
  • United States Clearance Eligible
  • Industry experience required in either construction, operations, or industrial
  • Open to being COVID-vaccinated
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to other locations

Construction HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize the full-cycle employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, succession planning, and separation
  • Performance management to include coaching and development
  • Thorough understanding of compensation and benefit programs
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments on risk management for the organization
  • Sound acumen and judgment surrounding federal, state, and local compliance issues
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Act as a change agent within the organization
  • Strong business acumen to include financial measuring through KPIs, storytelling, and deployment of enhancement initiatives
