Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Account Development Manager for their expanding business which specializes in spray foam solutions. Do you have experience in the insulation/construction industry? Do you understand the technical side of spray foam and its use?


ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER PERKS AND BENEFITS:

  • Attractive Base Salary PLUS Commission: (1st-year On-Target Earnings = $160,000+)

ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in sales of spray foams, fiber insulation, and/or cellulose
  • Experience working with contractors and/or vendors within the construction sector
  • Entrepreneurial spirit - takes initiative and creative control
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Focus on growing the brand and its spray foam solutions within your designated market
  • Meet with clients and prospects face-to-face
  • Collaborate with other team members/groups to exceed sales initiatives
  • Perform market analysis and stay up to date on current trends
  • Offer client support and superior customer service
