We are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant for a Business Management Firm based in Sherman Oaks, CA.

 

 

Senior Tax Accountant Responsibilities:

• Tax preparation and review of multi-state tax returns for individuals and business entities, S Corps and Partnerships.

• Preparation and review of City Business tax returns.

• Preparation and review of Sales and Use tax returns.

• Identifying industry/client tax planning opportunities and issues.

• Handling tax notices, sales and use tax audits, business tax audits, etc.

 

Senior Tax Accountant Qualifications:

• CPA in California

• Tax Experience with a Big 4, Regional or large local CPA Firm a plus

• 5 years’ experience in public accounting.

• Excellent Tax research skills.

• Proficient with CCH ProSystem FX Tax and ProSystem Engagement.
