A Northeast-based organization is seeking an experienced Web Development Manager (fully remote).

Web Development Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for a web development team to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with solutions architect to translate architectural designs into efficient web solutions
• Prioritize timely completion of projects and high-quality deliverables; oversee the whole development lifecycle
• Implement coding standards, best practices, and maintainable code for long-term sustainability
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with designers, product managers, quality assurance, and stakeholders

Web Development Manager Key Requirements:

• MUST reside in one of the following states: CT, DE, FL, ME, MD, MA, NH, OH, PA, SC, VA, WV
• MUST be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship provided
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of proven web development experience, 
• Extensive experience with leading and managing web development teams
• Skillful in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
• Experience with backend technologies & databases (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails)
• Successful project management experience using Agile methodologies
