General Manager Responsibilities:
- Work with managers to drive customer service and sales
- Ensures compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Promotes a guest service atmosphere
General Manager Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Experience with P&L management
- Restaurant leadership experience, a high-performing manager or GM
- Hands-on leadership style
