Sous Chef Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experience in a chef-driven scratch kitchen with high volume (5+MM) with a focus on delivering financial results
- Exceptionally service-oriented/ understands hospitality time, polished or upscale experience is a must
- Experience in all kitchen systems, Inventory management, and order guides
- Proven prior tenure in a position
- Professional image & demeanor
