Job Summary

Kitchen Manager Benefits/Compensation:

Kitchen Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- 2+ years as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in high-volume kitchens
- Experience overseeing kitchen-related P&L (purchasing, prep, labor, inventory)
- Hands-on leadership style, working with both FOH and BOH
- A strong sense of urgency and a high level of emotional intelligence
