Smokehouse Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years of high-volume casual restaurant management experience
• Smokehouse or BBQ knowledge is a huge plus. 
• Knowledge of business processes and operational flow. 
• Willingness and ability to train and mentor the staff
• Hands-on Leadership style and comfortable working both the FOH and Kitchen

Smokehouse Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

• Work with a smile in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Knowledgeable in cash handling, scheduling, training, and hiring. 
• Assisting in oversight of FOH P&L and staff management 
• Ability to mentor and develop the team to the next level
