Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• GED or High School Diploma
• 5 or more years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry
• Self-motivated with a “Hunter” mindset
• Great written and verbal skills
• Tech-savvy
• A solid understanding of general manufacturing process is a plus

Sales Representative Requirements:

• Achieve additional customer sales and foster the acquisition of new clientele
• Employ innovative sales strategies to generate increased revenue and broaden market share
• Establish effective communication with various internal functional business units
• Exhibit a professional demeanor, conduct, and thorough follow-up
• Possess robust internal and external communication skills, the ability to rapidly process information, and consistently provide industry-leading customer sales, service, and support
