General Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:

2+ years in a general manager position (retail, restaurant, gym, or similar background)

Experienced in customer satisfaction, P&L, staffing/employee relations 

Must be a people person, able to connect with customers and focus on growing memberships 

Ability to take a struggling location to a performing one is a major PLUS

 

This position requires physical movement and exposure to all types of weather (winter attire provided) – this is not a back office management position.
