Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic General Manger for our location in KEY WEST with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences to oversee all aspects of our operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in excursions and watersports, a proactive mindset, and possess impeccable organizational skills. General Manager Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Degree in Hotel, Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or similar major from an accredited university
  • 10+ years experience showing natural progression into senior management role
  • USCG Master license preferred, but not required
  • REQUIRED: Previous Management experience in boating, watersports, recreation, or beach services

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of watersports, concierge, guest satisfaction, DMC, and asset management
  • Support bookings, VIP reservations, and experiences
  • Provide ongoing communication and training to employees, focusing on accountability, encouragement and exceptional customer service
  • Manage onboarding process for new team members - recruiting, screening, interviewing and training
  • Set and maintain objectives, conduct performance reviews and clear communication with Property Leadership
