We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine with a proven track record in running high-volume restaurants, particularly with expertise in French cuisine. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       5+ years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine capacity or for a similar caliber concept

·  Must have 5+ years of experience in French Cuisine

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, or a similar subject

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Maximizes profitability of the culinary department by implementing effective food

·       Costs all recipes regularly to ensure profitability targets are achieved

·       Oversees purchasing program

·       Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

·       Manages Sous Chef, cooks, and porters in their responsibilities

·       Hires, train, supervises, manage, coach, counsel, and evaluate culinary team
