Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Run day-to-day operations on the floor, ensuring all policies and systems are being utilized
• Lead the team with energy and hospitality
• Help train staff and maintain our low turnover through consistent systems as well as genuine hospitality
• Be on the floor at all times interacting with guests and maintaining the atmosphere
