Funeral Director Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Associate’s Degree in Mortuary Science
• Licensed in Wisconsin
• Assist families with all details of funeral arrangements 
• Provide funeral, visitation, and graveside services as requested
• Treat each family with the utmost respect and kindness

Funeral Director Compensation:

• Great base salary commensurate with experience
• Bonus potential on performance metrics
• 40-hour workweek
• Health, dental, and vision insurance program with additional coverage offered
• Strong PTO in the first year
• Mortuary school loan repayment bonus or signing bonus
