Our client, a burgeoning medical device company, seeks a skilled Senior CNC Programmer. Responsible for programming, prototyping, and crafting orthopedic devices using CNC equipment with precision tools.

Senior CNC Programmer - Benefits Offered:

• Competitive base salary range: $62,000 - $73,000

Senior CNC Programmer - Responsibilities:

• Conduct CNC programming, troubleshoot, and manufacture standard production and prototypes using solid modeling and CAM software.
• Spearhead a 5S culture for an organized work area, including machining equipment and tooling
• Resolve machining issues, optimizing production schedules and continuous improvement initiatives

Senior CNC Programmer - Requirements:

• 10+ years of CNC programming in Medical Device or aerospace manufacturing
• Proficient with CNC platforms: Tsugami Swiss Lathe with Fanuc Controller, HAAS Minimill, and 5-axis milling
• Expertise in CAD, CAM software, and MS Office applications
