Your Role:

As a Rising General Manager, you will:

• Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure our high standards are consistently met.
• Set clear priorities and drive your team toward desired outcomes.
• Ensure effective management staff performance and responsibilities.
• Lead, coach, and guide the entire restaurant team, fostering development and best practices.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will have:

• Minimum three years' management experience in full-service dining.
• Preferred recent experience in casual dining environments.
• Knowledge of food handling compliance, including adherence to COVID-19 CDC guidelines.
• Capability for hands-on involvement and multitasking across restaurant operations.
• Collaborative and team-oriented management style.
• Wine and Spirits knowledge is a significant advantage.
