Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for their food service operations across the organization. The most qualified candidates will have experience in servant leadership, maintenance repairs in a food service capacity, and the ability to manage long and short-term projects for a non-union team.

Maintenance Manager Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary between $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 plus overtime, depending upon experience

Maintenance Manager Qualifications:

• Associates Degree preferred
• OSHA 10 certification or the ability to obtain upon hire
• Project Management certification preferred
• A minimum of five years of field experience repairing restaurant equipment
• At least two years of leadership experience
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and light construction required

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and oversee a team of Maintenance Technicians across multiple, simultaneous projects offering mentorship as needed
• Oversee inventory and process invoicing of parts and equipment repairs
• Foster a culture of 'safety first' across the division, following all applicable laws
• Responsible for daily supervision, performance management, and scheduling for all Maintenance Technicians
