Our client is a growing developer and manufacturer of advanced optical coatings for diverse energy and industrial applications. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lab Technician to join our dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of our groundbreaking projects.

Lab Technician Responsibilities:

• Coating Formulation: Formulate precise optical coatings according to project specifications.
• Experimental Design: Design and execute experiments for coating optimization, ensuring project timelines.
• Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures for coating performance validation.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain lab equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and coordinate repairs.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records, prepare reports, and contribute to technical documentation.

Lab Technician Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or related field.
• Lab experience in an academic or professional setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Lab Technician Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary $50,000 to $70,000
