Our client, a Certified Public Accounting and Registered Investment Firm, is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate has experience with entertainment clientele and thrives in a culture of community focus, creating authentic relationships, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

·        Manage client engagements.

·        Help manage and train staff.

·        Review and prepare complex individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns.

·        Manage and handle Federal, State, and local Tax Audits.

 Qualifications:

·        CPA License, Juris Doctorate or Master's Degree in Tax

·        10 years of experience in Public Accounting.

·        5 years of managerial experience.

·        Prior experience in a CPA or Business Management Firm specializing in entertainment clientele a must.

Software Requirements:

·        CCH ProSystem and CCH Access Tax

·        BNA income Tax Planner and QuickBooks

·        Datafaction/AgiLink

·        MS Office Suites
