We are currently seeking a Florida licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent in Miami.

Commercial Real Estate Agent Requirements:

• Florida Commercial Real Estate License REQUIRED (non-licensed/out-of-state licensed professionals will not be considered)
• 3+ years of successful business development and prospecting experience
• Organized self-starter with the ability to meet tight deadlines and work multiple projects concurrently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, computer, and people skills

Commercial Real Estate Agent Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a full funnel of real estate client prospects
• Identify and track commercial properties, locations, and new development projects
• Advocate for and support local healthcare providers/decision-makers by providing real estate spaces for them to grow and operate.
