Restaurant Manager Compensation and Benefits:

• $50,000 to $55,000 base salary
• $$$ Bonus Potential

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing, supervising, and coordinating all activities of the restaurant
• Developing, motivating, and leading a team
• Maintaining protocols for safety and sanitation
• Working the schedule as needed, whether nights, weekends, or holidays

Restaurant Manager Requirements

• One year of full-service restaurant management experience
• Ability to adapt and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented with the ability to motivate others
• Ability to assume responsibility in the absence of the GM
