Waterpark Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee waterpark operations and management team
• Management of Arcade, mini golf, snack bar and seasonal outdoor pool operations
• Conduct safety audits, regular inspections and uphold high sanitation requirements
• Work collaboratively with GM and Controller to prepare annual operating plan and annual budget
• Work closely with other cross-functional departments within hotel to ensure high levels of guest service
• Conduct regular department meetings and coordinate schedules

Waterpark Operations Manager Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of similar experience managing a complex waterpark operation with multiple outlets
• Ellis and Associates Certification highly preferred; ability to acquire certification within 60 days required
• Must be physically able to swim and remain on feet for extended periods of time
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Able to work in a team environment
• Must be able to physically lift up to 60 pounds
