Restaurant General Manager - Private Club Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role
• Well-organized with strong problem-solving skills
• A Positive can-do attitude and a desire to help and assist all guests
• Develop collaborative relationships with support departments
• Build relationships in a private club setting with ability to network and promote the organization
• Train and develop all employees as related to company procedure
• Team player with a desire to lead, motivate, and help team members learn and grow
• Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management or related field
• Obtain and maintain current ServSafe Food Manager's Certification
