Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of approximately 15-20 crew members
• Execute restaurant operations effectively during assigned shifts

• Collaborate with the General Manager and peer managers/supervisors to ensure the overall success of the restaurant

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• Must have previous management or supervisory experience in a busy restaurant
• Must have flexibile availability to work mornings, days, nights, weekends or holidays as needed
• Professional and polished appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
