Pastry Chef Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Solid financial acumen and ability to cost menu items
• Familiarity with sourcing local products
• Proven leadership experience
• Extensive knowledge of a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts and an ability to develop new menu items.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)
• Desire to work alongside team and inspire growth and learning
• Must take pride in delivering a top-notch product, ensure correct preparation of all food products, check food products daily for quality and freshness, monitor all incoming food products to ensure quality and freshness
• Must operate with a high level of integrity and honesty
