A growing industrial company is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their team. You will ensure the accurate design and specification of civil and structural elements for the assigned substations, communications, and transmission line projects.

Senior Civil Engineer Compensation and Benefits:

Senior Civil Engineer Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for proposed substation, communications, and transmission line sites, and consider factors like drainage, soil stability, and environmental impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop site plans in compliance with local regulations
• Prepare plans and specifications for civil and structural aspects of projects, oversee design work, and ensure alignment with standards
• Maintain detailed records and stay updated on relevant regulations
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to collaborative teams

Senior Civil Engineer Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, ability to obtain P.E. License
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in site improvement and/or structure design
• Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD Civil Design, Inventor, and PLSCADD
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
