Banquet Event Chef's Responsibilities:  

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 
• Ensure all operations of the Events Kitchen are optimal and orders executed to plan
• Maintaining high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency 
• Support the team to execute tasks on time with enthusiasm
• Ability to manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge while promoting culture and values 
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments in the hotel as needed
• Comply with all county and state laws governing food service operations 

Banquet Event Chef's Requirements:

• 2+ years as Chef of Upscale Catering Events in High Volume Restaurants
• High energy, takes initiative, and has a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed 
• Must have experience in upscale or fine dining scratch kitchens
• Must be passionate about food and executing consistency at a high-volume
• Must be passionate about cleanliness and food safety
• Open to working days, nights, and weekends
