Job Summary
We are seeking a Sous Chef with 3 or more years of experience in a high-end free-standing restaurant and/or luxury hotel/resort setting to join our award-winning team.

Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of cooking experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
- Highly motivated to learn and grow with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Banquet experience preferred
Sous Chef Duties:
- Manages all activities and training of kitchen staff
- Maintains the highest standards of food preparation and execution
- Assists in the creation of seasonal and special menus
- Comply with all laws and regulations governing food service operations
