Sous Chef Responsibilities and Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years of fine dining culinary background.
- Food and Beverage volume of $8 million and up.
- Extensive experience in Southeast Asian cuisine, Viet/Thai.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a culinary team.
