Civil Water and Wastewater Construction Manager

As our Civil Water and Wastewater Construction Manager, you will work closely with owners and engineers to deliver successful projects on time and within budget. You will oversee all aspects of assigned projects including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, processing paperwork, collaborating with team members, and working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Civil Water and Wastewater Construction Manager Responsibilities:

- Schedule projects and monitor schedule

- Coordinate and direct subcontractors and suppliers

- Process project paperwork and correspondence  

- Collaborate with project team members

- Manage multiple projects at various stages  

- Check drawings and provide feedback

- Work well under pressure to meet deadlines

- Perform takeoffs and use software programs

- Comply with company policies and safety procedures

- Maintain professional relationships 

Civil Water and Wastewater Construction Manager Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED

- Microsoft Office and scheduling experience 

- Blueprint and specification interpretation 

- Water/Wastewater project management experience

- Underground utility project experience 

- Electronic scheduling software knowledge

- Civil Engineering degree preferred
