Job Summary

A national hospitality group is seeking a Select Service Hotel General Manager to lead its team in the Western suburbs of Boston. You should be an experienced and guest-focused Hotel General Manager who can balance the guest facing and administrative aspects of this role and can successfully manage a diverse team at a select-service property.

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ Years as a Hotel GM or AGM is required
  • 5+ Years of Hilton brand experience preferred
  • Guest-focused with a Hospitality mindset
  • Hands-on and able to put the guest first
  • Strong computer skills, tech-savvy, and superior financial acumen
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays if necessary
  • Lead hotel managers, department heads, and line-level team members
  • Financial accountability, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Uphold brand standards and company culture
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Team regularly
  • Provide true leadership to all team members and sets the example with their own actions
