Restaurant and Market Manager Responsibilities:

• Maintain and build the prepared food from a complementary perspective, while remaining true to our vision
• Inspire the staff to maintain a sense of self-pride and passion for food, service, and our high standards
• Maintain all merchandising SOPs, and signing standards, and regularly monitor inventory levels

Restaurant and Market Manager Requirements:

•  2+ years' experience in high-volume food production and/or merchandising
•  Hospitality Management Bachelor's Degree
•  Proven experience in managing P&L and budgeting functions
•  Strong strategic planning and organizational development skills
•  Well-organized, the ability to meet timelines and show results through initiative
