Job Summary

A growing and dynamic restaurant group is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team. Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
  • Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
  • Heavy focus on compliance

Human Resources Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a Human Resources Manager or Human Resources Generalist
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Strong experience with compliance in CA and NY
  • Must have HR Hospitality experience
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills- preferably fluent in Spanish
