Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

- Leading the restaurant team in delivering exceptional food, service, and hospitality to our guests

- Driving sales growth by developing and executing targeted marketing and promotional initiatives

- Managing costs through effective labor management and inventory control,

- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

- Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team

- Representing the restaurant in the local community and building relationships with regular guests and potential clients

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant with sales exceeding $5 mil

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
