Senior Body Shop Technician Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• 2-year Technical College degree and/or 2-4 years of equivalent experience
• Must have own Basic Tools and toolbox
• Must be able to perform basic to complex body repairs to a high degree of quality
• Able to work independently of immediate supervision
• Perform repairs not limited to body alignment, metal straightening, fiberglass work, upholstery repair, welding steel and aluminum etc.
• Electrical Component Repairs
• Cab Structural Repair, Chassis component repairs and replacements
• Be able to complete 100% teardown and establish shop SOP's

Senior Body ShopTechnician Working Conditions

• Inside and outside of the service shop
• Exposure to outside elements on a regular basis
