Restaurant General Manager Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a QSR GM

• Ability to interview, hire, and onboard new employees properly

• Strong sense of ownership and high integrity

• Drive-thru concept knowledge required

• Experience with breakfast a plus

• Strong ethics and high integrity

• Valid driver’s license

• Open availability

• Lead, coach, and develop a team in a high-volume, hands-on setting

• Define and guide management to achieving financial goals

• Consistently deliver and provide high levels of quality, service, and cleanliness
