Job Summary

We are in search of a high-energy General Manager for our Lifestyle Golf Brand in DALLAS, TX. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader with a strong background in food and beverage operational/service standards. This role will work hand in hand with all the teams at our Golf Club to ensure our guests receive a World Class Experience.


General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Corporate teams to create and execute programming, marketing plans, sales, and pricing strategies.
  • Create and execute short-term and long-term operational and financial plans for the club.
  • Responsible for the selection, development, leadership, and retention of talented staff.
  • Implements general policies established; directs their administration and execution
  • Plans develops, and approves specific operational policies, programs, procedures, and methods in concert with general policies
  • Coordinates the development of the club’s long-range and annual (business) plans
  • Coordinates development of operating and capital budgets according to the budget calendar; monitors monthly and other financial statements for the club; takes effective corrective action as required
  • Welcomes new club members and guests; “meets and greets” all club members as practical during their visits to the club
  • Consistently assures that the club is operated in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
  • Ensures the highest standards for food, beverage, sports, recreation, entertainment, and other club services.
  • Analyzes financial statements, manages cash flow, and establishes controls to safeguard funds. Reviews income and costs relative to goals; takes corrective action as necessary
  • Works with subordinate department heads to schedule, supervise and direct the work of all club employees.

General Manager Requirements:

  • 5+ years in GM leadership in Luxury Hotels, Golf /Private Club environment
  • 5+ years in Food & Beverage Management
  • Progressive leadership in related F&B segments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
  • Ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Effectively builds strong relationships, leads and develops a team
  • Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills
