Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Oversee all culinary operations
• Maintain and develop superior sanitation practices 
• Maintain and build the prepared food from a complementary perspective, while remaining true to our vision
• Motivate the market staff to maintain a sense of self-pride and passion for food, service, and high standards
• Maintain all merchandising standards, display presentation, signing standards, and monitor inventory levels
• Work side by side with the executive chef to increase and maintain guest satisfaction

Sous Chef Requirements:

•  4+ years' experience in high-volume food production and/or merchandising
•  Culinary arts degree or similar a plus
•  Proven experience in managing food and labor aspects of P&L and budgeting functions
•  Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
•  Well-organized with the ability to meet timelines and show results through initiatives
