Sales & Marketing Director Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing for boutique/luxury hotel properties. Candidates that have been in Senior-level Sales OR Senior Group Sales Manager role/s will also be considered
• Ability to drive business development and achieve financial goals
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong leadership ability and high level of polish & professionalism
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability and desire to wear multiple hats as is often needed at a smaller property
