Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team in a high-volume, hands-on setting
  • Define and guide management towards achieving financial goals
  • Excel in Delivering Guest-Obsessed Customer Service
  • Consistently deliver and provide high levels of quality, service, and cleanliness

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years in a similar fast-paced GM role
  • Open-minded and adaptable to cultivating our culture of People!
  • Cheerful and Positive!
  • Strong sense of ownership and high integrity
  • Love Serving and Helping Others!
  • Drive-thru concept knowledge is a plus
