Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Continuously train and coach staff, providing support and feedback
- Maintain quality food and service always
- Be proficient with recipe expectations
- Helps control food and labor
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a scratch kitchen
- Understands quality and helps uphold standards
- Exhibits a hands-on approach and is proud to be a patient teacher and coach to their team
- Must love to cook
